The Complaints Procedure for Clients.
Accuracy of Information:
All information disclosed by me is complete, true, and accurate.
I agree to promptly notify the Company of any changes in the information provided or if it ceases to be true and accurate.
Validity of Documents:
The documents handed over by me are valid and authentic.
Investment Decision:
The amount to invest in the Trading Account and the type of Financial Instruments were chosen by me.
My decisions are based on my total financial circumstances and are considered reasonable under these circumstances.
Acting as Principal:
I am acting as a principal on my own behalf and not as an agent, representative, trustee, or custodian on behalf of someone else.
Legitimacy of Funds:
The funds I will use with the Company are not in any direct or indirect way the proceeds of any illegal activity or intended for terrorist financing.
Data Protection and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance:
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, I understand that:
The Company is required to collect information and conduct checks on the identity and residential address of directors, shareholders, and other authorised signatories.
The Company may access and use information from databases or other electronic formats.
The Company may request further supporting documents to confirm my details, which could delay the processing of my application.
The Company may use personal information for:
Responding to credit reference enquiries.
Searching the electoral register.
Making enquiries to credit reference and other agencies.
Assisting other organisations for crime prevention and credit purposes.
